Irene Francis Robert | 17 years

Irene, completed her high school education in December 2023. She wants to become a Radiologist and has excelled high scores particularly in chemistry, biology, and geography. She has been excepted into Sengerema Health Training institution in Mwanza and will start her studies on the 7th of October 2024. During the past nine months, while waiting to start her college program, CLF enrolled her in introductory and advanced computer classes for six months, as well as English language classes, which she continues to pursue until the start of her college.

Ashura Riziki Majobe | 21 years

Ashura, 21 years, is one of 6 children raised by a single mother. She comes from Rukoma, a district of Bukoba. Ashura is attending a vocational school in Kigoma, Veta school of Kigoma. She started her course in January 2023. It's a 3-year program. She is studying refrigerator and air-conditioning repairs.

Sebastian Sampala | 24 years

Sebastian is 24 years old. We began supporting him during his first year of a diploma course because he was always updating us on his progress and showed incredible dedication. His goal has been to improve his life and support himself and his parents. He completed a 3-year diploma in Electrical Appliances and Installation in June 2024, graduating with excellent grades. He’s now looking for a good job, and we’re helping him in his search.

Rophin Righa | 19 years

Rophin, at 19 years old, is pursuing a diploma in Catering and Accommodation Management. He began this three-year course in September 2023. Raised by a single mother, Rophin has always had a passion for cooking and dreams of becoming a chef. His dedication to his studies and his love for culinary arts drive him to excel and work toward his goal of a successful career in the kitchen.

Sadiki Sampala | 20 years

Sadiki, a 20-year-old from Ikubulu, in Kigoma region, began his diploma course in Plumbing and Pipe Fittings in January 2024. He is enrolled in a three-year program at Veta School in Kigoma, Tanzania. Sadiki is truly passionate about his studies, eagerly looking forward to his classes each day and thoroughly enjoys his course.

Yunis Jonas Samson | 18 years

Yunis, an 18-year-old from Yaeda Valley Chini in the Manyara region, completed her high school education in December 2023. She is set to begin her college studies on Rural Development Planning at the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP) in Dodoma on October 7, 2024.

Lekumok Nagira | 21 years

Lekumok, a 21-year-old from Loliondo in the Ngorongoro District, is pursuing a diploma in Tour Guiding, which includes driving lessons and language classes. Eager to drive safari vehicles, he plans to gain practical experience through internships with local tour companies. He’s also focused on increasing his knowledge of wildlife and local cultures while developing strong customer service skills.

Doreen Francis Robert | 15 years

Doreen a 15 years old lives in Mswakini, Monduli. She is in her last year of high school. After her exams in November, she will take computer and English classes while waiting for her exam results and the start of her Form 5 and 6 (A levels). Doreen wants to become a doctor.
